All information should be brought to the attention of the Head of House / Housekeeper in Charge to ensure proper safety and precautionary procedures are followed.

Undisclosed expectations are not assumed to be included in the service.

White Fox provides standard professional cleaning supplies.

If your space includes:

  • specialty materials

  • preferred cleaning products

  • allergy sensitivities

  • or surfaces requiring specific tools or equipment

please notify us prior to the scheduled start time.
Client-provided products or tools must be safe, functional, and appropriate for use

🚪 Access, Entry & Safety Information

Clients are responsible for no providing:

  • timely access to the workspace

  • points of entry and exit

  • gate, parking, or building instructions

Please inform staff of any safety concerns, including:

  • household allergies

  • pets

  • hazardous materials

  • unstable furniture or fixtures

  • fragile or high-risk areas

Cooperation is required to ensure duties can be performed safely.
